This is a one-time $50 fee for a lifetime membership for ESJA, Inc. Please be sure to download the membership form. This can either be printed and physically turned into a BOD member, or filled in electronically and emailed to [email protected].
 
There is a flat rate shipping cost of $5.95 if you would like to have your T-shirt and sticker shipped to you. Otherwise, select "Will pick up at event/meeting" option.
